The House of Lallier has been producing quality Champagnes for several generations in the middle of Ay, it is a Grand Cru vineyard. Renowned for their passion and know-how, the house of Lallier has one of the most up-to-date wineries, and yet also has a labyrinth of of the oldest chalk cellars in the area. They are truly a marvel. The Champagne stock is allowed to mature slowly under the eye of the ever watchful cellarmaster. The vineyards are 10 hectares of “Grand Cru” Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes.
